JULY 31, 2026 – Yellow Point Equity Partners III LP (“Fund III”) is pleased to announce the successful exit of its investment in Cast Steel Products LP (“CSP” or the “Company”). On July 31, CSP was acquired by UCC Environmental, a global leader in environmental solutions specializing in solids handling, water treatment, and pollution control technologies for power generation, mining, and other heavy industrial markets.
CSP is a leading global supplier of innovatively engineered cast, forged and fabricated products designed to resist wear, abrasion and heat. With more than 30 years of experience, the Company is a trusted provider to the world’s mining, mineral processing, oil sands, steel, aluminum, cement, power generation, and railway industries. CSP is headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, with additional engineering, manufacturing and sales facilities in Montreal, Florida, China, Brazil, and South Africa.
Since Yellow Point’s investment in 2013, CSP has made significant inroads with tier 1 global mineral processors, broadened its geographic footprint, and expanded its product offering into high-growth categories.
