SEPTEMBER 25, 2026 – Yellow Point Equity Partners is pleased to announce the initial closing of its sixth private equity fund, Yellow Point Equity Partners VI Limited Partnership (“Fund VI” or the “Fund”), on September 15, 2026. The Fund has since completed its first investment, an acquisition of Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group Inc. (“Arrow” or the “Company”), which closed on September 25, 2026.
Fund VI will continue the same investment strategy Yellow Point has employed since inception: acquiring primarily control positions in lower mid-market companies, predominantly in Canada.
Headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, Arrow is a leading provider of fabrication, precision machining and supply chain solutions for off-road equipment manufacturers and specialized industrial applications. The Company operates eight facilities and serves a diverse, blue-chip customer base across numerous end markets.
