JULY 7, 2023 – Yellow Point Equity Partners V LP (“Yellow Point”) is pleased to announce the closing of a minority investment in Alpine Building Maintenance (“Alpine”), a leading national facility cleaning services provider.
Headquartered in Delta, BC, Alpine provides cleaning services for over 120 million square feet of office, commercial, and retail space across Canada. Alpine’s services extend to 400 clients across 1,900 sites.
Alpine was founded in 1980 as a family business built on its core values of hard work, dedication, quality workmanship and open communication. Since then, Alpine has leveraged its intimate understanding of customer needs to become the maintenance and cleaning provider of choice across Canada.
