March 9, 2012 – Yellow Point Equity Partners (“Yellow Point”) is pleased to announce the final closing of Yellow Point Equity Partners III LP (“Fund III”). Fund III’s first closing occurred in November 2011, contemporaneously with the investment in CIMS LP.
