Toronto, Ontario January 31, 2012 –/CNW/ – We Care Health Services Inc. today announced the closing of its acquisition of ProHome Health Services, a community-based private health services provider to Ontario Community Care Access Centres, long term care facilities, hospitals and to individual clients.
ProHome and its team of approximately 800 health care providers will continue to operate as an independent division of We Care, under the ProHome name and brand. The acquisition will have no impact on staffing, operations or on the respective health care services offered by ProHome and We Care.

ProHome Health Services is a contracted provider of nursing, personal support and homemaking services for Ontario clients. It also provides nursing and personal support worker staffing relief for hospitals, retirement communities, and long term care facilities.
