December 31, 2021 – Yellow Point Equity Partners is pleased to announce the final closing of its fifth private equity fund, Yellow Point Equity Partners V Limited Partnership (“Fund V”).
Fund V will continue the same investment strategy as Yellow Point’s predecessor funds of partnering with talented management teams of growth-oriented businesses to help drive value creation.
Yellow Point is actively seeking new investments in middle-market growth companies across a variety of industries with EBITDA between $5 to $25 million.
