David Phillips—Associate

David joined the Yellow Point team in 2011. He currently assists with assessing prospective investments, due diligence, deal completions and portfolio company management.

David is completing a joint JD/MBA degree in business law and finance at the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Yellow Point, he worked in corporate law at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. David also holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics and economics from McGill University.
