Brian has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry. In 1989, Brian was one of the founding partners of Goepel Shields & Partners. For the following fourteen years he served as Managing Director of Investment Banking for Raymond James and its predecessor companies. Brian has been directly responsible for taking several Canadian companies public, and has been actively involved in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and private placements, principally for service, industrial and technology companies. Brian earned his MBA at the University of British Columbia. Previously, he graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Southern California. Brian is currently managing Yellow Point’s investments in Prism
Medical, Shanahan's, RAMMP,
Seymour and CIMS, and oversaw Yellow Point's investment in
Steel Pacific prior to it being sold. |
