• Contributing strategic, financial and operating guidance
• Attracting supplementary management and board members
• Assisting in structuring management and employee incentive programs
• Providing capital for partial liquidity of shareholders and providing experience in preparing the company for a future liquidity event
• Helping to raise subsequent or alternative rounds of financing
• Serving as a catalyst in pursuing mergers, acquisitions or divestitures
• Relationships and contacts with institutional investors, senior banks, market analysts and investment banks

These professionals are available to assist our portfolio companies in building new relationships, evaluating strategic opportunities, co-investment and/or board involvement.
