By making a small number of investments, the Yellow Point management team is able to focus on the unique needs of each portfolio company. Our style is friendly and collaborative yet hands-off. Upon request, we have the ability to add value in the following areas:

• Contributing strategic, financial and operating guidance;
• Attracting supplementary management and board members;
• Assisting in structuring management and employee incentive programs;
• Providing capital for partial liquidity of shareholders and providing experience in preparing the company for a future liquidity event;
• Helping to raise subsequent or alternative rounds of financing;
• Serving as a catalyst in pursuing mergers, acquisitions or divestitures;
• Relationships and contacts with institutional investors, senior banks, market analysts and investment banks.

In addition, our Limited Partner base includes many prominent business leaders, including 35 CEOs from some of western Canada’s fastest growing companies. These professionals are available to assist our portfolio companies in building new relationships, evaluating strategic opportunities, co-investment and/or board involvement.
